Echo Intelligent Search • Lead Architect & Developer: Dr. Sanjib Narzary
Effective Date: September 2026 • Version 2.5
Echo is architected under the steadfast principle that knowledge search should never compromise personal privacy. Designed and engineered by Dr. Sanjib Narzary, Echo operates as a zero-tracking, privacy-first search engine. We do not build user behavioral profiles, harvest keystrokes, sell personal data to ad exchanges, or inject tracking pixels into your browsing sessions.
When you customize search preferences, save a research bookmark, create an audio playlist, or select your language (such as any of the 22+ Eighth Schedule Indian languages or world languages), this configuration is stored exclusively in your browser’s localStorage API.
omnisearch_locale_v1 without transmitting identity tokens.Echo features intelligent AI search overviews, multimodal synthesis, and chat capabilities powered by Google Gemini and compatible inference endpoints.
Neither Dr. Sanjib Narzary nor Echo retains search prompts to train generative AI foundation models. Requests are evaluated in real-time, streamed back to the client, and purged from runtime cache.
Echo retrieves results across open-web indexes, academic repositories (arXiv, PubMed, OpenAlex), news streams, and local or public SearXNG instances. Outbound query requests sent to search index providers are sanitized: HTTP referrer headers and client identity fingerprints are stripped.
All indexed website snippets, headlines, paper abstracts, publisher logos, and thumbnail images presented in search results are the copyrighted intellectual property of their respective creators and publishers. Echo provides indexing and contextual summaries under recognized fair use doctrines for educational, reference, and research advancement.
