Echo Intelligent Search • Lead Architect & Developer: Dr. Sanjib Narzary

Effective Date: September 2026 • Version 2.5

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Echo Intelligent Search platform, AI Studio, browser extension companions, or associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform. Echo is created and architected by Dr. Sanjib Narzary for academic, research, and open web information access.

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage & Algorithmic Notice

Mandatory Notice Regarding AI-Generated Content

Echo incorporates state-of-the-art multimodal AI models (including Gemini 3.8, Gemma 2, Qwen 2.5, DeepSeek, Kimi, Llama 3.3, and custom user endpoints). Summaries, chat responses, synthesized reports, and multimedia outputs are generated algorithmically for exploratory assistance.

  • AI outputs may contain hallucinations, omissions, or statistical inaccuracies.
  • Users must independently verify critical medical, legal, scientific, or financial information.
  • The developer assumes no liability for actions taken based on algorithmic answers.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights & Fair Use

The proprietary architecture, search aggregation pipeline, user interface design, and custom code of Echo are the intellectual property of Dr. Sanjib Narzary.

Third-Party Content & Citations

All external search results, academic abstracts from arXiv/PubMed/OpenAlex, news headlines, domain icons, and media previews remain the exclusive intellectual property of their original copyright owners and publishers. Echo indexes and links to these resources under the international doctrine of fair use, providing direct attribution and hyperlinked referrals to original sources.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to use Echo solely for lawful, research, education, and exploratory purposes. You agree not to:

• Launch automated high-frequency denial-of-service or scraping attacks against search nodes.
• Transmit harmful malware, exploit scripts, or attempt unauthorized infrastructure intrusion.
• Use AI generation endpoints to produce unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material.
• Reverse-engineer or repackage the application without proper developer attribution.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Echo is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or continuous uptime. In no event shall Dr. Sanjib Narzary be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
